Our role

We broker commercial property and energy assets between business counterparties and introduce buyers and sellers to each other as principals. We are not a lender, a financial adviser, an investment firm or a fund, and we do not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Any transaction is agreed between, and completed by, the parties themselves on the advice of their own professional advisers.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or buy any asset, a recommendation, a valuation for lending or accounting purposes, or a promotion of any investment. Descriptions of how the market works are general information only. Where a transaction is structured as a sale of shares in a project company, the parties transact directly with each other and take their own advice.

We broker commercial property and energy assets between business counterparties and introduce buyers and sellers to each other as principals. We are not a lender, a financial adviser, an investment firm or a fund, and we do not offer, arrange or promote investments. Where a transaction is structured as a sale of shares in a project company, the parties take their own legal, tax and financial advice and transact directly with each other. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Figures quoted from third party sources are attributed and were correct at the date shown.
