Register what you acquire

The off market book is seen through mandates. Tell us stage, scale, regions and structure, and you hear from us only when a real asset matches.

How it works

A mandate, not a mailing list

Buying UK solar through public channels means waiting for the occasional agent-marketed sale. The volume trades privately, and it reaches the buyers whose mandates are already on the desk when a seller appoints us. A good mandate is specific: ready to build or operational or either, a capacity band, target regions, asset or SPV structure, and a sense of timescale.

We match mandates against real assets only. No teasers, no invented stock, no noise. When we call, it is because a seller's asset fits what you told us, and the introduction runs confidentially in both directions.

New to the asset class? Start with how solar farms are bought and sold and how they are valued.

FAQ

Buyer mandates: common questions

What does registering a mandate cost?

Nothing, and it commits you to nothing. A mandate is simply a precise description of what you acquire, held in confidence, matched only against real assets.

Who typically registers?

Funds, IPPs, infrastructure investors, family offices and corporates acquiring UK generation, plus developers acquiring RTB projects and grid capacity. Scale ranges from single small farms to platforms.

Will you send us a stream of teasers?

No. You hear from us when an asset genuinely matches the mandate, and not otherwise. Sellers use this desk because approaches are few and qualified; that discipline is the product.

Can you run a targeted search?

Yes. Where a mandate is specific and funded we can approach owners of matching assets directly and discreetly, the reverse of a sale process. Ask us about origination when you register.

Do you advise on whether solar is a good investment?

No. We broker assets between business counterparties and we do not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Our knowledge guides explain how the market works; your advisers tell you whether it is right for you.
